| Description: | Manage the entire Nursing Department of a 120 bed long term care/skilled nursing facility in Southeast Dallas, TX. Direct the care for residents in accordance with the requirments of federal and state regulations for nursing homes in the State of Texas. |
| Duties: | Direct the efforts of all nursing personnel making sure that adequate staffing is provided for resident/patient needs. Be familiar with policies and procedures of the facility and administer the same in accordance with regulatory directives. |
| Qualifications: | Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license for the State of Texas. Minimum of 3 years experience as DON for a Long Term Care facility in the State of Texas. |
